These Terms of Use apply to this website, operated by Spanski Law, PLLC (“Spanski Law” or “the firm”). By using the site, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site; you are always welcome to call the office at (941) 206-2223 instead.

The site offers general information about Florida estate planning and probate. It is not legal advice. Reading the site, sending a form, sending a text message, or using any chat feature does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when Season A. Chisholm has agreed to represent you and a written engagement agreement has been signed. The Disclaimer explains this in more detail.

You may read, print, and share pages from the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. When using the site, please do not:

• send false information, or information about another person without that person's permission;
• use the forms to advertise, to solicit, or to send bulk or automated submissions;
• try to reach private areas of the site, test its security, or interfere with how it runs;
• send code, links, or files meant to harm the site or its visitors; or
• use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the site.

Spanski Law may block access to the site or remove submissions that do not follow these terms.

Please give accurate contact details so the firm can reach you. A form is a request to arrange a conversation. It does not obligate the firm to represent you, and Spanski Law may decline a matter, for example because of a conflict of interest. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive details through the site. How the firm handles what you send is described in the Privacy Policy, and each item the site collects is listed on the Data Collection page.

The consultation form includes an optional box for text messages. If you check it, you agree to receive text messages from Spanski Law at the phone number you provide about your request, such as replies to your questions, scheduling, reminders about your complimentary 15-minute call or in-person consultation, and follow-up about your inquiry.

• Consent is optional. You do not need to agree to text messages to request a consultation.
• Message frequency varies with your request. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone plan.
• To stop messages, reply STOP. END, CANCEL, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work. You may receive one final message confirming that you have opted out.

• Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

By checking the box, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide and that you are at least 18 years old. Text messages are not a secure way to share confidential information, so please save those details for a phone call or a meeting. Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing; see the Privacy Policy.

The site links to and displays content from other providers, such as Google Maps and Google reviews. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and Spanski Law is not responsible for their content or availability.

The text, photographs, graphics, and design of the site belong to Spanski Law, PLLC or are used with permission, and they are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the personal use described above, please ask for the firm's written permission before copying or republishing them.

Spanski Law tries to keep the site accurate and available, but the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, the firm does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or current on the day you read it, and makes no other warranties, express or implied, about the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spanski Law is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site, from being unable to use it, or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any duty the firm owes to a client under a signed engagement agreement or the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, or any liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be resolved in the state courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
