• The chat assistant on this website is an AI program. It is not a lawyer, and it is not Season or an employee of Spanski Law.
• Calls to the firm may be answered by an automated assistant that uses AI.
• Legal advice, legal research, and clients' legal documents are handled by Season, not by AI tools.
• When you describe your situation in the consultation form, an AI program writes a short summary of it for the firm's staff to read before your call. You are not shown that summary, and it is not legal advice.
• Nothing an AI assistant says is legal advice, and using one does not make you a client.
• You can reach the firm without AI by email at season@spanskilaw.com.

The chat window on this website is run by the firm's client-intake provider and answers with an AI program. It is designed to share general information about estate planning and probate and to help you request a consultation. Please keep in mind that:

• its answers are general information, not legal advice, and they may be incomplete or wrong;
• it cannot tell you what to do in your situation, and chatting with it does not create an attorney-client relationship;
• you should not share confidential or sensitive details in the chat, such as account numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information; and
• if a lawyer already represents you in the matter you are asking about, please speak with that lawyer.

Conversations are shared with the firm so it can follow up with you, and they are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and on the Data Collection page. Spanski Law is responsible for the information its chat assistant provides. If something it tells you seems wrong or unclear, please ask Season directly.

Calls to the firm may be answered by an automated assistant that uses AI to take your message, answer general questions, and help arrange a call back or a consultation. Calls it answers may be recorded and transcribed so the firm can follow up. The phone assistant is not a lawyer, and what it says is not legal advice. If you would rather leave your details another way, you can email season@spanskilaw.com.

Spanski Law does not use generative AI tools, such as AI chat or drafting programs, to give legal advice, to research the law for a client's matter, or to prepare or review clients' legal documents. That work is done by Season. Client files and confidential client information are not entered into generative AI tools.

If the firm decides to use AI tools in client work, this policy will be updated first. Any such use will follow the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, including the duties to protect client confidences, to review the work personally, and to charge fairly for it.

When you use the consultation form on this website and write a note describing your situation, that note is sent to an AI program, which writes a short summary of it and a list of questions for the firm's staff to ask you. The purpose is to let staff read your request before your call rather than start from a blank page. Only the topic you selected and the note you wrote are sent.

The summary is for the firm's internal use. It is never shown to you, never published, and never sent to anyone outside the firm. It is labeled inside the firm's system as written by an AI program and not reviewed by an attorney. Nothing in it is legal advice, no part of it is relied on in place of speaking with you, and staff read your note itself as well as the summary. Requests sent by phone, by email, or without a note are not summarized this way.

Some of the general information on this website, such as articles and answers to common questions, is drafted with the help of AI writing tools. Every page is reviewed, edited, and approved by Season before it is published, and the firm is responsible for its content. It remains general information, not legal advice; see the Disclaimer.

Spanski Law does not sell your information and does not use it to train AI models. Information you share with the chat assistant or the phone assistant is processed by the firm's client-intake provider to deliver those services to the firm. The Privacy Policy describes how information is shared with service providers.

Search engines and AI assistants may read this website and summarize its content in their own answers. Those summaries are produced by other companies, and they can be out of date or wrong. For information about Spanski Law, rely on this website or contact the office directly.

This policy is updated whenever the firm's use of AI changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
