Season practices estate planning and probate in Venice, Florida. She built Spanski Law as a small firm on purpose, so that she and her staff can give each client's matter close attention, including the Florida-specific details that determine whether a plan works when a family needs it.
Most clients who call are not facing a crisis. They are parents who have decided it is time to complete their will, adult children looking out for a mother or father, and new Florida residents who have learned that documents prepared in another state may not work as intended here. Season's role is to explain the options in that first conversation, and then to prepare documents that meet Florida's requirements.
Every plan is drafted in the Venice office, reviewed with the client page by page at the signing meeting, and signed there with the required witnesses and a notary. Deeds, beneficiary designations, and account titles are then coordinated with the plan, so each one works with the rest of the plan.

The office is a short walk from historic downtown Venice and serves families across Venice, South Venice, Nokomis, Osprey, Sarasota, North Port, Englewood, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and nearby communities in Sarasota and Charlotte counties. Meetings are scheduled by appointment, and most plans are completed in one or two meetings.
